Registration

Please read before filling out the form below:

Weekend Fee: Weekend fee is $295 for 2009 dates and $315 for 2010 dates. If you pay online with a credit card you will be charged $315. If you are confirmed for a 2009 date you will be refunded $20.
Payable online or by check/money order.
Online payment forms accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, via PayPal. PayPal Account is not required
Cancellations: All but $25 is refundable.
Please Note: Most weekends fill up early so register early to insure your first choice. Remember the weekend commitment is from Friday at 7:30 p.m. to Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Please plan accordingly. Check the weekend dates for weekend availability.
Your registration is not complete until you make your payment online or send in your check or money order. In fairness to other couples, we cannot hold your space until we receive payment. Once we receive payment you will then receive a confirmation of your registration as well as the date of your weekend.
